Estadio Nacional stadium of the World Cup 2014
Stadium with a capacity of 68 009 spectators is the second largest stadium in Brazil after the historic and legendary Maracana it. The stadium is one of three in Brasilia. The other two are Serejao which is the headquarters of the club Brasiliense, and Bezzerao stadium that has been renovated and reopened in 2008.
In this stadium will be held 7 of the 2014 World Cup. Include four group stage matches, then the last 16 matches, one quarterfinal and the playoff race for third place. Visitors can enjoy the museums and historical places like Brasilia Juscelino Kubitschek Bridge, Monumental Axis, the Palacio da Alvorada, and Cathedral of Brasilia. Famous is also an artificial lake named Paranoa used for sports wakeboarding and windsurfing.
